All have heating by radiators and towel warmers in the bathrooms, air conditioning (hot / cold), fiber optic Internet with cable connection or free Wi-Fi, 32 ”television with international channels, safe in closets, washing machine , irons and ironing boards, drying rack, kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, two types of coffee makers, the classic Italian and one of Dulce Gusto, electric toaster and all the necessary kitchenware.
Some apartments have a sofa that can be converted into a bed, if you want to use it, you must request it beforehand so that it is dressed and adapted to its use, we also have a park crib and high chairs in case you travel with small children, you must also notify us for its installation. One of the apartments on the ground floor next to our patio, is adapted for people with disabilities.
On the day of check-in, you can occupy your apartment once it has been cleaned, the most normal thing is that it is after twelve noon, but if the apartment were available before, there would be no problem in occupying it at the time of your arrival.
Our reception hours are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. One day before your arrival, we will send you a WhatsApp with a link to do your online check-in, and on the same day of check-in in the morning, all the necessary information to be able to enter your apartment in case your arrival is later than our reception hours. On the day of departure you must vacate the apartment before eleven in the morning.
We have two rates to choose from:
If you choose the refundable rate, the first night of the reservation will be charged 3 days before the arrival date, on the card provided, being able to cancel for free until that date.
If they choose the NON-refundable rate (cheaper), 100% of the reservation will be charged at the time, without the right to refund in case of cancellation.
